1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

2. How to Return

  1. Log in to your ZimmermannWomen.com account
  2. Navigate to “Order History” and select items to return
  3. Complete the returns form and print your label
  4. Package items securely in original packaging
  5. Attach the prepaid return label
  6. Drop at designated carrier location

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days after receipt
  • Original shipping fees non-refundable
  • Sale items refunded as store credit

4. Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of odors or stains
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by return form

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal broken)
  • Lingerie (if hygiene seal broken)
  • Accessories with protective seals removed
  • Final sale items (marked as such)

6. Exchanges

We currently offer:

  • Refund and repurchase only
  • No direct exchanges
  • Store credit option available

7. International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping
  • Duties/taxes non-refundable
  • Recommend using tracked service

8. Damaged Items

For defective merchandise:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours
  2. Provide photos of damage
  3. We’ll arrange free return shipping
  4. Choose replacement or refund

9. Store Credit

  • Available upon request
  • Issued via email
  • No expiration date
  • Can be used online only
